We have never lost a client over a satisfaction issue. Our approach is highly personalized. We have 134 clients each of whom we provide a service manager to ensure we really understand their businesses and how we can best integrate with them. We review how well we do this formally on a monthly or quarterly basis.

In addition, for larger and more complex clients a technical service manager ensures that the performance per pound spent on the client's solution is optimized, just one of the reasons why over 40% of our new business sales comes from existing clients.

Using our industry-defining enterprise cloud computing platform vSDP (visionapp Service Delivery Platform) our clients leverage all benefits of a highly scalable, shared environment, whilst being highly secured. They can engage on an entirely flexible basis, accessing the skills, technology and processes required to fit a particular business or technical requirement.
Our product solutions are tailored to actual business needs and range from managing firewalls to entire operations teams. Each solution is supported by a flexible SLA and service description, which we tailor to meet the commitments our clients give in turn to their end users, rather than on commercially-useless metrics. For example, the SLA we offer for Citrix application hosting is based  on the end user's quality of experience when using enterprise application rather  than meaningless technology elements availability.
