Richard Vance is both Chairman of the Board of visionapp AG and Executive Vice President of Operations ASG. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Richard Vance is responsible for ASG's technical support, professional services, development, and technical communications.

Vance has more than 24 years of comprehensive experience in management, research, development, and technical support in the IT industry. Prior to joining ASG, he served as Vice President of Development at Platinum Technology in Arlington, Texas. Under his direction, this area became the leading source of lab-based revenue. Prior to working at Platinum Technology, Vance spent several years leading both Goal Systems and Legent Corporation in sales support, product management, and development.
