Richard Vance ist in einer Doppelfunktion als Vorstandsvorsitzender der visionapp AG und Executive Vice President of Operations von ASG tätig. Als Executive Vice President of Operations bei ASG verantwortet Richard Vance den technischen Support von ASG, die Professional Services, Entwicklung und technische Kommunikation.

Vance ist seit mehr als 24 Jahren in Management, Forschung, Entwicklung und technischer Unterstützung in der IT-Branche tätig. Vor seinem Eintritt bei ASG war er als Vice President of Development bei Platinum Technology in Arlington, Texas. Davor verbrachte er mehrere Jahr in leitenden Funktionen bei Goal Systems und Legent Corporation in Vertriebsunterstützung, Produkt Management und Entwicklung.
