- The visionapp product and version you use
- The operating system and version you use
- The Citrix product and version you use
- The number of servers in your farm
- Your brief description of the issue

- Our Support Dispatcher will record your information.
- You will be assigned a Call ID, which you can use at any time to obtain information about the status of your enquiry.
- Your problem is processed immediately by our experts. It is classified according to severity and priority.
- Our experts will call you back as soon as possible.
