Interactive Web Support

You can also call upon our support using an interactive Web Session. To do so, please arrange a Web Session with our Support Dispatcher. One of our experts will then contact you.

Session Procedure

  1. Arrange an interactive one2one Web Session via the registration form or by making a direct Hotline call.
  2. You will receive an email with information about the start of the session and a session key.
  3. Start the web session software on the system to be examined, e.g. one of the farm servers.
  4. Enter the session key as login.

We use the software from netviewer for the interactive Web Sessions. This allows simple and secure one2one communication via the Internet using Port 80 (HTTP). You do not need to unblock any other ports in your firewall.
