Support Center
We provide our clients with a modular support service consisting of all-round technical assistance through our technical support center. Our modular portfolio of services enables our customers to define their individual service requirements.
Please note that we can only support and solve problems related to our products. Support-calls regarding products from other suppliers (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, etc.) as well as problems which have been caused by failure to comply with the product manuals can not be supported free of charge. These calls will be invoiced at our standard service rate.
