vSM 2008 Server Management Standard Edition-Workshop
Prerequisites for participants:
Participants taking this training should have first experiences in planning or operating Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Installation Automation. Participants should be familiar with the following products, but it is not necessary to be a specialist in each of them:
Microsoft Windows Terminal Services, Microsoft Automated Deployment Services, Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP/BOOTP and PXE.
If you need additional training on the involved 3rd party products before starting with our vADM/Server Management workshop, visionapp can provide individual training for you.
Target audience:
- Partners: Technical Support, Pre-Sales System Engineers, System Architecture Consultants, System Management Consultants
- Customers: 1st and 2nd level User Help Desk employees, System Architects, Technical Project Managers, Technicians responsible for systems deployment and operations
Training objectives:
You will understand the individual role of each component and you will see how visionapp Server Management makes these components work together seamlessly. You will understand how the different components are linked together and you will learn how to customize the complete system to fit the different needs and scenarios. You will be capable of analyzing and solving problems occurring in this environment.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to do a complete rollout in a lab environment.
